Dallas is a big city with many great restaurants, and there are so many options when it comes to pizza in Dallas that it can be tough to choose the best one.
If you are looking for a new favorite spot, this post has some recommendations and reviews of the top places in Dallas for pizza. This list will make sure you find your perfect slice in no time!
Carmines Pizza-The Best New York Style Pizza in Dallas TX
Carmines is the closest NYC slice you will get outside of New York. This quaint pizza spot is our family’s favorite pizza in all of Texas and, if we are going to be bold, the best pizza in Dallas.
Hands down, we drive 40 minutes to have a slice of Carmines.
Carmines is a humble little restaurant with red and white checkered tablecloths and the walls with celebrity photos- an old-school-style pizza restaurant. The owners have run this pizza spot for years and make a consistently delicious slice.
Not to mention, the sauce is tangy, the cheese is layered, and the crust is perfect. We suggest getting the 18” pizza because one slice is not enough.
Carmines: 5365 Spring Valley Road, Suite 138, Dallas, TX 75243 (972)-404-8110; Closed Sundays
